Makati City, Metro Manila – Purpose To manage the customer relationships of an assigned portfolio of client accounts. To identify opportunities to grow the business in the assigned portfolio. To close qualified opportunities and meet revenue targets. To liaise closely with the Service Delivery team during delivery of client solutions/services. To motivate and inspire Provoke staff to maintain exceptional levels of customer service. Primary Accountabilities To provide a key point of contact between Provoke and client management teams. Proactively manage client expectations and opportunities. Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales (portfolio) targets. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Provoke management team. Establish, review and maintain account management plans that are consistent with overall company sales strategies and objectives.
