Sitel – Pasig City, Metro Manila – BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY OF MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES): Responsible for the day to day administration of the employee benefit programs including health and welfare benefits, policies and programs related to group medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Duties include enrollment processing, audits, payroll reports, vendor interfaces and communications. Serves as subject matter expert responding to all benefits related inquires from fielded HR operations. Establishs and coordinates daily relationships with third party administrators, vendors and internal staff, including HRIS, Payroll and HR Operations. Oversees and coordinates the generation of benefits adjustments; ensures accuracy of benefit deductions, and make corrections and adjustments, as necessary. Assists and participates in the planning and coordination of open enrollment. Assists with special projects as needed.
