Business Development Specialist
Cebu City, Cebu – 1. Effectively execute strategies and action plans on handling corporate accounts and lead generation activities for the assigned sector/ territory. 2. Meet the set targets in terms of APE, number of producing agents and number of closed cases. 3. Promote the Special Markets strategy to sector and territory assigned. 4. Train and manage agents that are identified to sell to employee benefits to corporate clients. This will include Worksite program, Group Insurance, Group Credit Life and Corporate Retirement. 5. Build and execute process to ensure that Service Level Agreements for the delivery of corporate account and lead generation requirements are met. 6. Build and maintain a professional and ethical agency force at the sector level, in line with regulatory, industry and company standards. 7. Sub-sector operations Reinforce various company communications and initiatives on Special Markets through agency meetings, roadshows, SSIP campaigns and lead generation activities.
