Category Marketing Manager (Business Unit Head)
Makati City, Metro Manila – Establish and develop together with the Regional General Manager and Regional Marketing Director a category vision linked to the regional vision and business goals/ Be the category specialist in the region. Work closely with the key markets and sales and marketing personnel in the region to maintain understanding and awareness of the category and competitor activity. Develop category marketing objectives, business plans and brand and product strategies for his/her assigned market and the region. Translate category, brand and product strategies into tactical programmes that are responsive to local market needs. Deliver value added results through superior execution and support of local sales and marketing management in the implementation process. Develop product and market research plans and analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities and threat for the category, recommending appropriate business action at strategic and tactical levels.
