CBNA O and T Transaction Services Representative
Citigroup – Manila City, Metro Manila – Transaction Svs Rep 3 Responsible in ensuring that tasks assigned for Account Maintenance Review and Reconciliation will be performed accurately and timely. This will include the following: Responsible for downloading and receiving of account maintenance requests from system and email Reviews Maintenance Requests (demographic update, account/grb blocking/closure, etc.) from different channels (Citiphone, Branch, etc.) and escalation of any exception item (ie incomplete documents, etc.) to Citibank NA Process account maintenance and request in Eclipse based on type of request Supports system testing and validations Able to support adhoc related requests coming from business initiatives When needed, will perform back-up role to colleagues Qualifications Good Communication skills both in Oral and Written (English) Good Active Listening Skills Adaptable and Able to handle multiple tasks… – Permanent – Full-timeApply for this job.
