Industrial Supplier and Solutions Provider – Philippines – Component Sales Manager (Automation and Drives) [Description] Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining excellent relationship with existing customers for Drives (Low Voltage) and Automation products (such as Servo, PLC, HMI). Geographical area of coverage is Philippines. Develop sales strategies and implement sales project plans to achieve company growth sales targets and profit margins. Conduct competitors’ analysis and the activities in the territory. Create new sales leads in the market, build channel base, deal with dealers, distributors and other channel partners, build relationship with OEM, consultants and contractors etc. Actively involves in commercial and technical discussion with customers with the support of engineering team; gather customers’ requirements and coordinate with factory on customers’ needs.
