Fortexe Consulting – Taguig City, Metro Manila – Job location: Bonifacio Global City Job Qualifications: -At least a High School diploma. -At least 6 months experience as a Customer Service Representative. -Demonstrated experience with Microsoft applications. -Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customer. -Excellent communication and listening skills. -Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. -Strong detail orientation. -Ability to identify customers’ needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings. -Ability to pass all skill assessments. -Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, possible holidays, and occasional overtime when needed. -Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City.
