Customer Service Representative (Local & Day Shift Account)
Transec BPO Solutions, Inc. – Ortigas Center, Pasig City – JOB OBJECTIVE To assist customers regarding their general inquiries, order follow ups, delivery schedule, etc. The position also includes coordination with the in-house team of our client in order to fulfill other said responsibilities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS •Answer incoming calls from customers ranging from product information, price inquiries, complaints, delivery follow ups, etc. •Perform job duties in accordance to the QA guidelines, policies and procedures to provide excellent customer service. •Accurately log all incoming calls in the CRM (customer relationship management) system for proper documentation. •Efficiently and effectively identify concerns and provide the necessary solutions where applicable. •Coordinate with several branches and departments to resolve customer concerns and/or requests. •Ensure pending concerns are attended to in a timely manner.
