Transec BPO Solutions Inc. – Ortigas Center, Pasig City – JOB OBJECTIVE To provide leadership, coaching, support and guidance to a team of Customer Service Associates in meeting and exceeding performance metrics. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS •Manage team performance by providing coaching and feedback, counselling and mentoring, and delegation of tasks whenever necessary to achieve performance metrics. •Ensure the team maintains excellent knowledge on products, procedures and policies. •Communicate to the team any new requirements, changes and/or updates regarding the account or company related information. •Supervise the team’s overall attendance and behavior to ensure compliance with our Employee Code of Conduct. •Ensure the team’s pending concerns, issues or requests are attended to on a timely manner.
