Customer Support Executive – Data and Applications
Thomson Reuters – Manila City, Metro Manila – Taguig City, Metro Manila – The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing effective and courteous support to investment advisors, analysts, traders and other financial professionals in relation to their Thomson Reuters’ product or service. This includes active focus on enquiry resolution, a positive customer focused attitude at all times and ensuring that all the necessary action is taken to resolve a customer’s enquiry enabling them to meet the challenges of constantly evolving global markets and regulations.
