BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS Talk to and listen to their needs and present ideas and solutions to their requirements, fostering loyalty to SM and our brand. TRACK AND COORDINATE FOLLOW UPS Monitor customer events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, charity events, surprise parties, business meetings, employee appreciation events, etc where Gift Registry can offer its services. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any business-related course High customer service and interpersonal skills Sales skills and ability to build productive relationships.
