International Pharmaceutical Company – Philippines – Head of Marketing and Market Access, Pharma – Philippines [Description] The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the local implementation of brand strategies across the Philippines, with key focus on maximising customer engagement and driving execution excellence, to drive sales growth and market share. You will lead, develop and manage the marketing team in the local affiliate of about 10 headcounts. You will be expected to work closely with the relevant cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment of the local strategy with the regional and global directions. The Client is seeking an individual with strong local marketing experience, as well as having regional marketing experience at either an APAC or Global level. If he/she has a strong expertise within diabetes or cardiovascular, that will be an added advantage. Ideally, candidate should also possess field sales experience.
