HR Generalist (for pooling)
Sitel – Pasig City, Metro Manila – BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY OF MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES): Serves as the functional lead for several key HR responsibilities including employee relations, compliance, training, employee discipline and corrective counselling, and other HR functions. Creates and supports retention initiatives by executing programs developed to improve associate morale, satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Supports the administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures. Assists the HR Manager in the delivery and implementation of HR functions and support. Supports management and all associates in assigned programs. BASIC POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum Requirements for the Position) Miminum of 1 year experience in an HR Generalist role or equivalent HR experience is required. Call center industry experience is preferred. Previous experience in supervisory role is a plus.
