Philippines – Exciting opportunity with an established energy and infrastructure company in the Philippines. Responsibilities : – Play a key role in management and operations of HR services to the company – Involved in talent acquisition recruiting and selecting high calibre employees for energy plant. – Develop strategy and manage insourcing, outsourcing and automating transactions. – Coordinate, review and oversee performance using process and metrics. – Ensure compliance with employment legislation in the Philippines and provide advice to senior management regarding compensations and benefits. – Develop and implement policy matters affecting manpower planning, recruitment and selection, performance reviews, induction programs, training and development. Experience Required: Minimum of five years’ experience running and operating Human Resources in a similar environment (plant, energy) Knowledge of Philippine labour Laws and managing a large group of Employees.
