IT – Help Desk Analyst – For Immediate Hiring
Alabang, Muntinlupa City – Responsibilities: Provides initial employee support for technical inquiries received via the telephone and/or email. Assesses nature of problem and resolves simple and basic support issues over the phone. Ensure a detailed description of the incident is logged within the Service Desk logging system. Qualifications Must be a college graduate of any IT related degree course. Must have at least 6 months working experience as Helpdesk/Technical support. Knowledge in basic troubleshooting of Windows XP, MS office 2003 & 2007 Familiar with Active Directory, Mainframe, Citrix, Helpdesk ticketing system (Remedy/ServiceNow/etc). Open to work 24×7 on a shifting schedule, can render overtime during weekdays/weekends/holidays or as required by the Helpdesk Manager. Good English communication skills. Good Listening skills, keen to details, and results oriented. Ability to multi-task, a good team player.
