Makati City, Metro Manila – Makati City Permanent 2 to 5 years experience Bachelor’s Degree Purpose of the Position: The position holder is to provide second tier support within the realm of Incident Management and Event Monitoring. The team is in charge of making sure any incidents or monitoring events, are quickly identified, logged, communicated, and appropriately dealt with either through known resolution procedures or escalation. Role and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive second-tier IT support for the efficient resolution of incidents and requests. Take ownership of incidents and ensure that they are handled and followed through to completion. Handle multiple incoming Events and Reports: acknowledge, interpret, prioritize, document, investigate & resolve (or escalate), and notify.
