Astreya – Metro Manila – Help Desk Technician Astreya – Manila, Metro Manila Permanent, Full time Astreya is seeking a Help Desk Engineer who is comfortable working with and troubleshooting issues related to Windows 7 through Windows 10 Operating Systems. Primary responsibilities will be responding to issue tickets (via telephone, email, or in person) and escalating to appropriate personnel when appropriate. This is a client-facing position and will require everyday interpersonal interaction so customer service expertise are desired.
