Managing lead loading processes efficiently ensuring leads are available to dial in a timely manner Monitoring and maintaining the systems dialling performance to ensure provide the business with an optimal dialling environment Managing incidents and problems in support of the Noble Contact Centre Solution to prosperous results Liaising with other TSA Information technology colleagues and Noble Support when escalation of incidents and problems is required to get a prosperous outcome Data Management•Run Groups with the data specified on the Lead Registers. Pace Groups appropriately for the data and monitor continuously for lowest average wait and lowest drop ratio.
