Moment Group – Metro Manila – JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description and Requirements: » Formulate efficient and effective working structures in the kitchen operations » Prepare reports related to kitchen operations » Training and development of team members. » Supports the business development plans of Moment Group in order to achive business goals or objectives » Ad hoc functions related to core tasks » Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Food & Beverage Services Management, Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent. » Planning, pre-opening and launching practiced background preferred this includes canvassing kitchen equipment, preparation of kitchen lay out and other significant factors in opening a restaurant. » With prior kitchen practice as a chef or line cook, managing kitchen staff, budgeting, inventory and purchasing. » Able to create innovate menus.
