Makati City, Metro Manila – Manage all aspects of the team’s performance, aligning goals with functional strategies and objectives Work with the employee in drafting individual performance objectives and development goals Review and manage staff’s performance through regular coaching and conducts mid-year and annual performance reviews Provide recommendations for merit increase and bonus award of team members Monitor workload vis a vis productivity and capacity to determine required resource levels, identifying gaps and initiating action plans to address issues Recommend, develop, and implement process improvement programs to manage, reduce or eliminate risks and process gaps Effectively adhere to both regional and global escalation procedures for all products. Resolve escalated issues and manage client concerns as necessary. Function as an escalation point as required to assist in resolution of client issues.
