Makati City, Metro Manila – The Frontline Customer Service agent is responsible to effectively man all everyday over-the-counter activities. The Frontline CSO must ensure that he/she follows the Standard Frontline Processes in order to properly facilitate screening and receiving of service. Properly identify customer’s issue, document all pertinent data, provide possible solution, apply required initial troubleshooting steps, discuss repair process and competently explain issue resolution.
