Outbound Customer Service Representative – Dayshift
Ortigas Center, Pasig City – Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and take outgoing calls in a timely manner in a customer-oriented call center operations environment by following standard scripts and procedures. Respond to outbound calls with the objective of promoting services, adding services, enrolling or informing potential or existing customers of new services. Provide quality customer service on every call. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions to immediate supervisor. Document all calls. Manage length of calls. Qualifications: At least HS graduate. Effective oral and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Must have basic computer knowledge. Ability to work as a member of a team. Professional phone manner.
