The Product Support and Customer Loyalty Lead will build and develop global product and loyalty initiatives. You will build the connection between community operations and Uber’s product & engineering organizations. Based out of Manila, the candidate will provide thought leadership to define, build and refine the strategy and processes for product support and create new programs that will lead to improved customer loyalty. This role is critical to scaling our business and driving it forward. We’re looking for someone who can set a vision, build and lead a team, and enable our operation to provide world-class support.
