Determines appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and supports administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing. Partners with site management to understand recruiting needs to ensure appropriate applicant flow. Supports Recruiting Supervisor and Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities. Education Psychology or any business-related college degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR or general business. Experience Target 1 or more years of successful recruiting experience for nonexempt and personnel preferably in a high volume, fast-paced customer focused environment.
