Manila City, Metro Manila – Own the execution of contingent workforce strategy in various locations around the world. This includes temporary workers, as well as independent contractors, outsourcing, third-party service delivery and other forms of non-permanent labor. Consult with business units considering using a contingent workforce in your location and advise on workforce strategy and partner selection. Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Corporate Engineering, and other teams to ensure flawless execution, including vendor selection and contract negotiation. Partner with Real Estate, Corporate Engineering, Security Operations and other teams to ensure a robust and secure infrastructure of corporate entities, facilities and tools to support outsourced operations across multiple sites. Identify areas of risk proactively (including legal, financial/commercial, reputational and security and privacy risks) and partners with Programs and Policy team to drive solutions to mitigate such risks.
