Sitel – Philippines – The Sr. Director will be the head or lead for all SITEL sites in the Philippines. The Sr. Director is responsible for providing consultative leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of contemporary training policies and practices. Responsible for successful and profitable operation of the LD team. Establishes successful strategies that support the talent development of the organization. Establishes client partnerships to gain knowledge and provide support in the development of training materials. Processes delivery with consistency and improvements. Serves as a Head in supporting the development, execution, and delivery of global learning solutions. Builds a customer driven learning program ensuring ongoing learning needs analysis, design, development, assessment, implementation, communication and evaluation of training programs to ensure alignment with business strategies.
