I’m looking for a customer service related VA to handle all aspects of guest communication through these platforms along with data entry tasks and administration. A good command of the English Language is a must to ensure guests receive the correct information. Initially the work will be a couple of hours a day but once the correct candidate has been appointed they will be responsible for the day to day communication with all guests checking the inbox morning midday and evening and replying as necessary.
